it could go both ways, it should increases because some of the one's that have been laid off uses unemployment for bills & their surrouding areas. it should decrease because some people try their best to live off of unemployment and sometimes that isnt the case because what is they only get a small amount of unemployment?
i think it whould decrease because of all the homeless people we have now, yes some choose to be that way, but others are homeless or doing without because they are unemployeed and now days its really hard to find a job if you dont have a high school deploema or some kind of schooling
